During the week leading up to the Healthy Living Fair, organizations will be hosting healthy and fun activities, while the fair itself will feature demonstrations, speakers, entertainment, kids’ activities, Healthy  Assessment stations and 40 information booths.

The Healthy Assessment stations will provide health professionals to take your blood pressure, and discuss on a one-to-one basis stress, eating healthy, being fit, how to stop smoking and setting healthy-living goals.

The fair will be free to the public. Pre-registration is recommended for the Healthy Assessment program and can be done at www.healthylivingfair.com or in person on the day of the event.

The Health Living Fair goes 9 a.m to 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 2, at the Penticton Trade & Convention Centre. For more information or to become a society member or fair volunteers or exhibitor, please visit www.healthylivingfair.com.
