Hometown hockey a hit

Scotiabank Rogers Hometown Hockey Tour was in Penticton on the weekend featuring a wide range of activities and plenty of fu.

Hundreds of people turned up at the South Okanagan Events Centre Saturday and Sunday to see the Scotiabank Hometown Hockey Tour that was in town. NHL alumni, musical acts, pickup hockey games with the Penticton Vees were just some of the fun activities during the two days which culminated with the Toronto Maples and Detroit Red Wings hockey game with live clips from the Sportsnet mobile studio featuring sportscaster Ron MacLean.
