Isaac Gilbert is making his third run at Penticton council.
Gilbert, a B.C. Parks’ ranger, first ran in 2018, before coming second in the 2021 by-election to replace Jake Kimberly.
As chair of the city’s Parks and Recreation Committee for the last four years, Gilbert worked with the city on the Skaha Lake East and Robson Park master plans.
In the announcement for his run for council, Gilbert pointed to housing affordability, economic sustainability and building the community as his focus.
