A number of the economic issues are already on the table, like the lack of good paying jobs and winter tourism, just as are some opportunities, like the arrival of WestJet and the future expansion of the Hospital.
More resources need to be allocated to economic development, in particular in the area of planning campaigns and promoting Penticton as a good place to live while growing your business.
I believe more action and less information gathering is needed.
