Motel located across the street from Okanagan Lake sold

The Slumber Lodge motel located on Lakeshore Drive has sold for $3.55 million.

According to information on Western Investor, the two-storey motel located on the corner of Lakeshore Drive and Winnipeg Avenue across from Okanagan Lake was sold on June 15.

The information provided on the sale said the motel offers the buyer the possibility to expand on the 1.12 acre lot or develop a portion of the site’s additional land. The motel is zoned as CT1 for tourist commercial and was built in 1960.
