To the Editor:

Early in the winter of 1973 I was living in a house on the left hand side of the road from Keremeos to Cawston about a half a mile out of Keremeos.

My name at the time was Judy Williams. A friend and I went with our children for a month holiday to California. When I returned, I found that my family bible, along with two large, leather-bound dictionaries of the same size went missing. I thought perhaps I had given them to someone for safekeeping, but all of my inquiries lead nowhere. Now, I am 80 years old, getting in poor health and trying to see if I can get the bible back for my family. The Bible was a large, illustrated table bible with a card inside that read “In remembrance of Lizzie” and the name on the Bible is of the Campbell Family from Ontario.

For the return of this bible, I am willing to provide a $100 reward. I can be reached by my home number at 250-642-0699 or by this email address sookegrandma@gmail.com.
