Man disrupting traffic near Princeton taken to hospital

RCMP found the man to be likely be suffering from mental health and/or substance use issues

RCMP were called to Highway 3, approximately 15 kilometres east of Princeton on May 8 after receiving a report of a pedestrian disrupting traffic.

Upon arrival, police found the man to be likely suffering from mental health issues, substance abuse or both.

The man was taken to hospital by BC Ambulance without issue, according to RCMP.

No injuries to the man or drivers were reported.
