Martin says start with 100 block first

Andre Martin is running for a City of Penticton council seat.

It is important that the businesses have as little disruption as possible. I would recommend the process includes construction work being completed in the evenings instead of during the day. Access to the businesses from the alley should be explored.

I also think we should start in the 100-block. In case we encounter unforeseen problems, it will have the least impact and know what to expect as we move to the 200 block.

Communication with the owners and public done daily with updates on progress and consult with the Kelowna downtown businesses that recently went through a similar process.
