Residents of Riva Ridge Mobile Home Park woke up Saturday morning to find the locks to community mailbox cut and lying on the ground.
Penticton RCMP said they had received a number of complaints and are investigating the breakin which is thought to have happened overnight.
The park is located on Highway 97 about a kilometre south of Penticton Regional Airport.
The mailboxes are located in a pullout on the main driveway into the park. It appeared the locks had been cut from all but one of the 80 individual boxes.
