Someone drilled into a gas tank of an F150 truck, causing all the gas to spill out early Wednesday morning.

Around 8:50 a.m., the Penticton fire department and police were called to the Boston Pizza parking lot where the gas tank had spilled 40 to 50 litres of gas.

The Ministry of Environment had to be called to make sure the proper clean-up took place.

The Fire Department assisted with the cleanup.

Penticton RCMP Const. James Grandy said they are investigating who caused this.
