The Penticton Home Hardware donated $1,525 to the South Okanagan Women in Need Society (SOWINS) on Dec. 19 to contribute to the society’s Share the Spirit of Giving Campaign. The society recently held a client Christmas party where 150 women, children and youth attended. Through the society’s campaign, companies and locals could also sponsor a family this Christmas or simply donate a new toy to be distributed to clients.
