The City of Penticton will be keeping several public washrooms open over the coming winter.

The universal single-occupancy washrooms will stay open at six locations after Nov. 1.

Those include the washroom at the Jubilee Breezeway beside the Peach, the east side of Lakawanna Park, the washroom near the playground at Skaha Lake Park’s main area and near the lacrosse box at the east part of the park, the washroom at Okanagan Lake Park and the washroom at the outdoor ice rink next to City Hall.

The washrooms will be open between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., and the remaining facilities will be closed and winterized for the season.
