Penticton Library hosts workshop to handle stress

The event is open to the public and runs March 1 at 12 p.m.

On March 1, the Penticton Library will be hosting a lunchtime workshop on how to build up your mental fortitude for work.

Work can be stressful, and you can’t always get a break to recover. The Penticton Library wants to help teach ideas and tools to increase your ability to bounce back from stress and perform at the best of your ability. The workshop aims to not only help with how you perform at work, but to improve your everyday life.

The session is open to the public and begins at 12 p.m. at the Penticton Library-Museum Auditorium. If would like more information about the workshop, or other upcoming programs, you can call the Public Library information desk at 250-770-7782.
