RCMP looking for suspect after stabbing in Oliver

Victim suffered minor injury to his cheek

RCMP is looking for a suspect involved in a stabbing over the weekend in Oliver.

On Friday afternoon, June 17, Oliver RCMP responded to a crime on McKinney Road. An adult male victim had minor injuries to his cheek, said police.

The male suspect has not been located yet but is known to the victim. A warrant request has been submitted to Crown Counsel for charge approval, said Oliver RCMP Sgt. Don Wrigglesworth.
