I believe we have the groundwork in place to grow.
We need to expand on the festivals we have and I would like to see the addition of a large scale multicultural event such as Folklorama (Google it) in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
I also think the city should consider taking on the development of the Ellis and Nanaimo Arts centre, this would bring many opportunities.
