I have been nurtured to be an effective leader by recognizing problems through asking constructive questions, listening receptively, and then turning those problems into opportunities.
Clear and transparent communication is fundamental for the future of Penticton. And so is collaborating with each other to unleash the true potential of teamwork within staff, management, councillors and stakeholders.
My core idea for the next four years is to create more values with fewer resources. We need to innovate and maximize the realistic potentials to its highest and make Penticton a true role model of Canada.
