The driver and lone occupant of a vehicle which rolled over on Highway 97 between Okanagan Falls and Vaseux Lake early Tuesday morning suffered serious but non life-threatening injuries.
Cpl. Don Wrigglesworth of Penticton RCMP said the 42-year-old man apparently sneezed, over corrected and lost control of the vehicle about 16 kilometres north of Oliver around 4:30 a.m.
He suffered what is thought to be a broken sternum.
Traffic was forced to detour around the accident scene and the highway was closed in both directions for nearly three hours as police investigated.
