The historical average for this time of the year is around 170 millimetres at Isintok Lake and the current water level is at 77 millimetres. This means the lake is at 45 per cent of the average.

At the Summerland Reservoir, the current water level is at 143 millimetres, while the historical average is usually around 225 millimetres. This puts the snow pack at 64 per cent of the historical average.

The readings were taken on Monday April 1 and will be followed up until the snow pack has melted.
