A man who went missing from the Penticton area for four days was located in Kelowna.

Zachary Bonneville, 27, was reported missing Thursday, but after the news broke out he called his mother to tell her he was safe in Kelowna.

His mother, Marlene Bonneville, filed a missing persons report with the RCMP yesterday around 5 p.m. Thursday. Marlene was able to talk briefly with her son from her New Brunswick home Thursday night.

“I got a phone call last night, he’s safe, he’s in Kelowna,” said Marlene Bonneville, Zachary’s mother. “The article actually reached this guy and he phoned me.”
