It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of August on March 10, 2018 at the age of 87.
He was the loving husband of Patricia; and father to Julie (Petr Plesner), Gary Mayert (Roxanne), Rick Mayert (Laura) and son in law Brian Peever.
August was predeceased by his daughter Debi Peever.
He is lovingly survived by his grandchildren Teresa, Andrea, James and Ben and great-grandchildren Petr, E.J.and Sofia.
A Service of Remembrance will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Penticton on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 1:00 o'clock.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to Moog and Friends Hospice House, 1701 Government Street Penticton, V2A 8J7 would be appreciated by family.
