Born November 29, 1953, Victoria, British Columbia. He passed away peacefully July 25, 2016 in Honolulu, Hawaii

God looked around His garden, He found an empty space.

He looked down upon His earth and saw his tired face.

He put His arms around him and lifted him to rest.

God’s garden must be beautiful for He only takes the best.

It broke your heart to lose him, but he did not go alone.

For part of you went with him the day God called him home.

Bruce is survived by his wife Elaine Young; Honolulu, Hawaii; father, Donald Gordon Apolzer (Lorraine, step-mother); mother, Carroll Cobb; sister, Lori Mari Phillips; and nephew, Cody Phillips, Penticton, B.C.

Bruce grew up in Penticton, but spent most of his life in Honolulu, Hawaii. He loved the ocean, and was an avid tennis player. He will be sadly missed by his loving family and many friends. Our prayers go with him.

May he Rest in Peace. Any donations may be made in his name to the Cancer Society.
