Dorothy May Forrest passed away peacefully on July 6, 2024. She was our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandma and aunt.
Dorothy is survived by her husband of 68 years, Donald Forrest; daughters, Brenda (Gilles) and Shirley (Terrence); 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; siblings, Fred, Ron (Mar) and Betty.
She is predeceased by son, Kenneth and parents, Cecil Charles Somers and Eveline May Shanks.
Mom loved her roses and garden and the butterflies around them. They loved to camp and travel south some winters, and of course, Thursday bingo!
Mom will be loved and missed by all.
A family gathering will be held at a later date.
