Passed away peacefully on November 23, 2018 at Haven Hill at the age of 94.
Grandma Elaine will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by children Tim, Terri (Dave), Willie (Val) and her grandchildren Jamie (Noel), Josh (Sasha), Thor (Chelsea), Karl(Michelle) and seven great grandchildren.
Elaine was born to Michael and Nastia Frykaz in Mink Creek Manitoba Oct 17, 1924. She married Mike in 1949 in Worsley Alberta where they farmed and had three children. The family moved to Winfield in 1960 then settling in Penticton in 1967. Elaine enjoyed sewing, crocheting and gardening. Mike and Elaine were dedicated to each other, they spent their time with family and friends, traveling and playing crib.
The family would like to thank the staff at Haven Hill for their care and compassion.
