Passed away peacefully at The Hamlets in Penticton on Monday, November 9 at the age of 91. She is survived by her six children: Marie, Dolores, Melody, Leslie, Barry and Glen; 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband, Elmer, in May 2013. A Memorial Tea will be held at The Hamlets on Sunday, November 15 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. We would love for you to share your “Erna stories” with us. A graveside service will be held later in the month in Hanna, AB, where Erna will be laid to rest beside her husband. We are so very, very grateful to the staff at The Hamlets for the care and love they gave our mother in the last 4 years of her life. They are truly angels. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
