George passed away peacefully December 12, 2017 in Penticton at the age of 80.
Born January , 1937 in Fort William, Ontario.
Preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Irene. Father of sons George Jr.(Billie-Jo), Patrick, and Joel(Wendy). Proud grandfather of Roxy, Christa(Kai), Karin(Jordan), Nathan, Grace, Cody, Alexis(Jayce) and Paul. Great grandfather of Diamond, Angelina, Shelby, and Landon.

George was a long time Orchardist and raised his family on their family farm on the Upper Bench of Penticton.
A family memorial service will be held at Penticton Lakeview Cemetery in the Spring.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
