March 31, 1934 - January 29, 2019
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Hans Arnold at the age of 84. Hans passed away peacefully, in the home that he built, in Penticton. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 63 years Anne, his daughter Betty-Ann (Dan) and his son Hans Jr. (Tawnja), Grandchildren; Katrina (Gilbert), Cory (Chelsea), Izabella (Luke), Rylea (Corbin) and great grandchildren; George, Hannah, Sophia, Brooklyn, Briar, Olivia and Zoe, as well as siblings; Irmgard, Maria and Andy and many nephews and nieces.

He was sadly predeceased by his daughter Sandra.

Hans emigrated from Germany in 1954 to Penticton. He was well known as Hans Arnold Masonry Ltd, operating in Penticton for 40 years and built many beautiful fireplaces, homes and businesses in Penticton and the South Okanagan. He is remembered as a perfectionist in business, in his personal life, and for his immaculately kept yard. His willingness to always help out, his keen sense of humor and practical jokes will be missed and fondly remembered.

Many thanks to the Penticton Regional Hospital nurses, doctors and staff, Dr. Wendy Richardson, Dr. Nicole Schneider and Dr. Sarah Broder for their above and beyond care.

No service by request. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Penticton Regional Hospital.
