On December 6, 2016 our beloved husband and father passed away suddenly at 85. The love of his life, Violet, 5 daughters: Kim, Keela, Twyla, Tannis, Ardice and partners, 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren would like to share a bit about his life. Harry was known for his quick wit and one liners that would have the room groaning. He loved nothing more than spending time with his family in activities such as camping, swimming, travelling, and gardening and taught us the value of a value of a dollar. Though he spent 30 years at CRA in management he was a creative woodworker, lover of a diverse selection of music and was an accomplished photographer who tortured his family by making us pose endlessly with the resulting gift of cataloguing our lives. Harold will be fondly remembered as a soft spoken, kind gentleman always willing to help family and friends. He loved us and we loved him. The family is planning a luncheon in May. Details to follow. Condolences may be sent to the family through www.providencefuneralhomes.com. 250-493-1774
