Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Woodlands of Sunset on Monday, January 29, 2018 in her 91st year.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Douglas (2008). Loving mother of Linda Arbour (Bryan), Mike (Debra) and Alan, Gary and Dave (Tracy).
Cherished grandmother to 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Elizabeth Davis, Mary Leatham, Rita Swetikoe (John), Barbara Dow (Ralph) and Daniel Schnurr (Sylvia).
The family would like to extend their heart felt thanks to all the staff at Woodlands of Sunset for their care and compassion while mom was in their care.
Family and friends were received at the JAMES L. PEDLAR FUNERAL HOME, 1292 Pelham Street, Fonthill on Thursday, February 1st from 7-9 pm. The memorial service to honour Helen's life will take place at the funeral home on Friday, February 2nd beginning at 2:00 pm.
Interment will take place at Fonthill Cemetery on a later date.
As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Diabetes Association.
