It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joan May Cremer, age 84, of St. Andrews by the Lake, Kaleden, British Columbia on February 13, 2018 after losing the joys of life to an incurable cancer. Joan passed at Penticton with family at her side.

Joan was born in the rural area of Battleford, Saskatchewan on December 12, 1933.  Joan was widowed after a very happy marriage to Rolf Cremer of Vancouver, British Columbia.  She and Rolf enjoyed their retirement years living in their favourite place of Penticton, British Columbia.

She is survived by her children, Ronald Bosse (Kathleen), Kim Harris (Roger), Barbara Stokes (Tim) and Andrea Bosse (Dave); stepdaughters, (Rolf Cremer's children) Sharon Kehoe (Dwayne), Kathy Campbell (Rick), Teresa Devine, Caroline Pignatelli and Christine Day (Ken);  grandchildren, Steven, Gregory, Reid, Sarah, Carl, Daniel, Amy, Leah and Paul. She has 10 Great Grand Children.

A special and warm thank you to the staff of Moog and Friends Hospice of Penticton for their hard work and care given during Joan's brief stay.  To Everden Rust Funeral Services of Penticton for their assistance to the family in this time of sorrow.

Reflection and Celebration of Joan's Life will be held in the spring to allow her friends to return from their snowbird destinations.  This event will be held at the St. Andrew's by the Lake Golf Course club house, Kaleden, B.C. on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 11:00 A.M.

In lieu of flowers it would be the appreciation of the family that a donation could be made, in her name, to the Penticton and District Hospice Society, 1701 Government Street, Penticton, B.C., V2A 8J7.
