Joe (Jisk) Knypstra

In Loving Memory ~
Joe Knypstra passed away on July 10, 2022 at the age of 102. Joe will be remembered for his positive outlook by all those who knew him.
He was predeceased by his wife Frances (2017) and grandchild Michelle Krayco (2013). Joe will be forever loved and missed by his family - children John and Marijke (Dave); stepchildren Douglas (Norma), Carolyn (Carl) and Christine (Ron); grandchildren Nicole (Hugh), Megan (Chris) and Carly (Alex); great grandkids Mac and Fitz; Michelle's 5 children and 2 grandchildren - close friends John and Barb Pettifer, the staff and residents at the Concorde where he lived for 17 years, and his friends at the Salvation Army Church.
Special thanks to Dr Kilian, the Level 5 staff at the Penticton Regional Hospital, the Concorde staff, and friend Deb Lougheed. The family expresses its deepest gratitude to John and Barb Pettifer for their never-ending support of both Joe and Fran over the years.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Penticton Salvation Army Church, 2469 South Main St, on September 10 at 2:00 pm.
