In Loving Memory ~
Lorraine Christina Addie of Penticton, B.C., passed away peacefully on March 2, 2023, at the age of 97 years.
Predeceased by her long-time friend Jean Perry, Lorraine is survived by her nephews David (Brenda) Addie and Clay Reid.
Born in Vancouver on November 15, 1925, Lorraine resided in Whistler prior to moving to Penticton in 1991 and enjoyed the lifestyle Red Wing had to offer. She enjoyed skiing, curling, travelling, playing cards and golfing.
She was involved with helping her good friend Jean Perry organize the Tee Up for Cancer charity golf tournament, to raise funds for the Penticton Regional Hospital Oncology Department. The first tournament was held in 1997 and since then, has continued to raise funds for the hospital.
As per Lorraine's wishes, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Penticton Regional Hospital.
