Born in Penticton, Neal passed away in Grand Prairie, Alberta, after a short but hard fight with Pneumonia. He will be remembered and sadly missed by son Jarrett, granddaughter Aveia, Mother and Father Bruce and Olga, sister Cheryl, brother-in-law Don, 3 nieces, 1 nephew, his little buddy Eric,
and numerous other family members and friends.
