Predeceased by his parents Melvin and Shirley Foley, sister, Sherry and brother, David.
Scott is survived by his special friend Cathy, sister Debbie (Don), brothers Dan (Delores) and Billy. Many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
