Victor Alfred Moen

November 15, 1956 - May 10, 2019
Our beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend Victor Moen passed away at the young age of 62 on May 10th of 2019 in his warm home. Vic was born November 15/1956 in Trail, BC. He was surrounded with love and gave love right through to the end of his long and hard 3-year battle with cancer. He never let the disease take his full and happy life with friends and family away from him. He was a man of many talents and gentle qualities who took great care of his family and friends. He was predeceased by his father Victor, mother Doreen and sister Sharon. He married his beautiful wife Lucy in 1982 and raised two kids that he adored together: Amanda (Travis) and Aaron (Ana). He loved his grandkids Ryden, Lynk and Aeson. He is also survived by his mother in law Zelda, sister Judy and nephew Brian. He was especially appreciative of Dr. Ron Rose, Dr. Andrew Robertson, and Dr. Bryn Bentham for everything they had done and supporting him with how he wanted to go about his treatment. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday July 6/2019 at The Sandman in Penticton at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the BC Children's Hospital, The Ronald McDonald House or the charity of your choice.
