Comments undermine argument

1,300,000 square km of Arctic ice has rapidly melted in a very short period of time

Mark Walker’s column on Fortis and our energy-pricing schemes raises many worthwhile questions. However, he undermines his own argument by saying things like “The notion of man-caused climate change has been discredited,...”, when aerial photographs alone, rather than ‘science’, would show him that 1,300,000 square km of Arctic ice has rapidly melted in a very short period of time.

His points regarding B.C.’s handling of its energy are worth a broader discussion; his rant about what is occurring globally makes it that much harder to take his worthwhile points seriously.
