I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone in the ER at Penticton Regional Hospital on the evening of Oct. 13.
I had to bring my nine-month-old in, and everyone was so great to my son and I — all of the nurses and lab techs, and especially Dr. Atkinson.
It put my mind at ease having everyone so nice and helpful. It was also very busy, so understandable for them to not be so helpful and pleasant, but they were anyway.
I have lived here my whole life and had nothing but awful experiences with the hospital, but this awesome shift of people has changed my whole opinion of the hospital and staff. Thanks again.
