Regarding the letter from Mr. Hepworth of “CropLife” (June 5), I would prefer consumers to be honestly informed, therefore it’s simple isn’t it?
If he of “CropLife”, Health Canada and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency consider these foods safe, they should require Monsanto and any other food companies producing GMO foods to clearly label GMO products as such (not just a four-digit code number). That would help to “relieve my concerns”. And if not, why not?
