Excellent choice in purchasing/ renovating the Bel-Air Motel to provide Penticton with much needed affordable/accessible housing. Once again you have shown sound judgement, fiscal awareness and expediency.
Please remember full accessibility is required for folks with ambulatory, respiratory and wheelchairs. We expect equality at all levels of community residence and citizenship involvement.
Although I am writing from my Penticton Regional Hospital bed, where I will be for post-op recovery, I remain a human resource to you and the city and continue to welcome all opportunities to serve.
