A quote by an unknown individual (to me anyway), by the name of P.J. O’Rourke goes, “When I see someone with three or four rings in his nose, I know there is absolutely nothing extraordinary about that person.”
My way of thinking would suggest that someone who shows up to participate in a mayoral candidates forum, held indoors, garbed in a cowboy hat certainly does not garner my vote.
