It is high time to get over this mudslinging fascination with Donald Trump.
Trump was elected President of the United States by the same electoral system as all the presidents before him, so give him a break.
It appears some letter writer’s forget the negative, almost daily, bashing they deliver their current Penticton mayor and council.
Vice president elect Mike Pence could very well be the guiding light to iron out the creases on the Trump rump Hillary’s supporters fear.
America has to deal with their confusion as Penticton and all of Canada have to live with their political decision’s be they good or bad.
As one letter writer reminded all, ‘the proof is in the pudding’ and I might add, nothing and nobody is perfect.
So give the soon to be foreign President Donald Trump a rest and think how we can change the political ills at home, before pointing fingers south of the 49th and around the world.
Sadly, none of the above is in the cards so the bitching and sad news stories will be forever present at home and abroad.
