I’d like to respond to a recent article regarding a dispute between the mayor and the Monday night meals being provided at Nanaimo square.
The mayor’s concerns regarding hygiene and bathroom facilities could be easily remedied by having the owner of the building on Martin St. where the Legion was recently located, volunteer to provide space for this weekly charity.
The building contains all the solutions to the mayor’s concerns.
