Why is Penticton not dealing with transients and panhandlers in the same fashion as Vernon?
We are spending millions on our downtown redevelopment. Just watch what happens when our new Main Street is open for business. There are more transients in town this year than ever before. Ask our city council to attack this problem In the same fashion as the city of Vernon.
