In response to comments by Coun. John Vassilaki that our beaches aren’t the best in the world and “we must stop fooling ourselves. Compared to beaches in the Caribbean, California, Florida and Europe, we don’t even come close.”
Of course we don’t come close — those beaches are on the ocean.
