Protect our paradise

I recently took a trip to a beach on Skaha Lake across from the airport with my wife and two little boys. I was shocked and disgusted by the amount of garbage and alcohol empties that were strewn about.

People need to learn that this place is only beautiful and a paradise if we keep it clean. Last year I was completely disgusted to see a syringe floating on a piece of wood coming out of the channel. This has got to change. I am afraid what it is going to teach my boys and the rest of the future generations of our city. Please respect our beautiful city.
