The Penticton Vees will be well represented at the BCHL’s 60th anniversary All-Star Weekend in January.

Along with forwards Luc Wilson and Fin Williams set to take part in the league’s outdoor 3-on-3 game in Penticton, an additional four Vees have been named to the top prospects game at the South Okanagan Events Centre on Jan. 14.

Josh Bradley, Bradley Nadeau, Ryan Hopkins, Josh Niedermayer and Williams will join 35 other players across the league in the prospects showcase.

The top prospects game features players who have already been selected for the BCHL’s all-star game, as well as NHL Central Scouting listed and watched-listed players.

The Vees selected to play in the prospects game aren’t the only ones who will get a chance to represent Penticton on the league’s big stage.

Team president, general manager and head coach Fred Harbinson will stand behind the Interior Conference’s bench on Jan. 14.

The top prospects game will be a prelude to the BCHL All-Star Game, set to take place the next day (Jan.15).

To celebrate the 60th anniversary of the game, Penticton’s newly constructed outdoor arena at 107 Martin Street will serve as the venue for the historic showdown.
