Ava Vassilakaki found her love of skating at three-years-old and has moved on from CanSkate to primary Star 1 figure skating with Glengarry Skating Club.

At only seven-years-old she has competed twice, earning silver in both competitions. Vassilakaki loves skating and has Olympic dreams for the future. For now, she will have to settle for being our athlete of the week, but we see a bright skating career ahead for her.
