South Okanagan Flames lacrosse forward Jake Macleod was chosen to be captain of the team this season.
Macleod was chosen to lead the squad by his coaches, it is the first time he is wearing a letter. Macleod, who has played both field and box lacrosse for over 14 years, said it taking the reigns as captain is one of the biggest accomplishments in his lacrosse career to date. Last season he finished second on the team in point production with 15 goals and 40 points in 13 games.
