Jerome Schnell is a student-athlete in Grade 12 at Penticton Secondary School who plays rugby for the Pen-High Lakers.
Schnell’s go-to sports were volleyball and basketball but he has fallen in love with rugby because of the physical play. He is part of the Lakers rugby leadership group this season and said even though a lot of their players graduated last year they have a strong mix of new recruits and veterans.
