Penticton Father's Day slo-pitch tournament features 28 teams and great draw prizes

The second annual Penticton Father’s Day Slo-Pitch Tournament will be June 17-19. There will be 28 teams from Penticton, Oliver, Kelowna, Kamloops, Vancouver as well as Alberta and

Saskatchewan. Tournament director Ryan Graham said on the Facebook page he “promises this year will be bigger and better.”

There will be prize giveaways and raffles for prizes including tickets to this year’s Pemberton Music Festival, a Toronto Blue Jays and Seattle Mariners and more. Proceeds go to local charities including Discovery House, Chad Bozak, Lake City Club Basketball and the PDSCL Youth Services Program. All games take place at Lion’s Park and beings on Friday.
