Hornets sting Mustangs with offensive run

The Princess Margaret Mustangs are 2-1 in South Okanagan 2A senior boys basketball after a 57-49 loss to the Oliver Hornets.

The Hornets were led by Sahij Gill with 18 points and Manjot Dhaliwal with 11. The Hornets went on a 10-3 run in the final three minutes to take the game. For the Mustangs, Prab Chahal scored 19 and Kelson Hartland added 18. The Hornets move to 3-0 in South Zone play, while the Mustangs hold second place at 2-1. Summerland and George Eliot round out the league.
